Last week's official meal plan went really well. We only ended up with two minor alterations--switching our beef enchiladas to chicken enchiladas, since Shaun was able to get stewing beef on sale for Thursday night, and we traded out our stuffed baked potatoes for pizza after church since we were all a little tired and just ready to eat. At least the pizza was cooked in our own oven, not a restaurant!
Now for this week's meal plan:
Sunday - Chicken Alfredo with Penne, Garlic Bread
Monday - Slow Cooker Pineapple Chicken with Rice
Tuesday - Shaun's birthday, I think we're going to go out to dinner
Wednesday - Taco Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Thursday - Lentil Soup & Cheeseburgers
Friday - Pork Chops & Stuffing Biscuits
Saturday - Breakfast for dinner after church, still up in the air if this will be French Toast or an egg/sausage type dish
Also in the plans, we'll make yellow cake cupcakes for Shaun's birthday and I promised I'd make sushi for his birthday lunch.
