Two weeks this week, since I realized I forgot to post last week's menu. It was a crazy busy week, so I'm just thankful we ate at home 6 out of 7 days. (We did go out for pizza once.) As for how week 7 went, we were able to stick to our whole plan, which made me quite happy.
But on to the meals!
Last week (week 8), we had:
Sunday - Hot turkey sandwiches on fresh rolls
Monday - Creamy pesto and sausage, garlic bread
Tuesday - Homemade chicken soup, chicken burgers
Wednesday - Turkey sloppy joes
Thursday - Quiche with turkey & ham
Friday - Shaun's not-quite-stir fry with ground beef and veggies
Saturday - Pizza
And the plan for this week (week 9):
Sunday - Stuffing & Meatball Bake with peas
Monday - Steak or chicken fajitas (depends on what I have more of)
Tuesday - Tangy BBQ chicken with rice & veggies
Wednesday - Cheeseburger & fries casserole
Thursday - Stir fry with chicken and stir fry veggies in freezer
Friday - Potluck at church!
Saturday - Chili with ground turkey
And I just baked a batch of cupcakes, so that's desserts, for now!
