Now that we are finally settled in our house, we realized that it's definitely time to start meal planning again so we do a better job of eating at home. Thankfully, we were able to get our freezer in the basement, so I'm slowly restocking it with all sorts of food to make eating at home easier. (Hello, $1.27/lb ground beef!)
This week, we are having:
Sunday - Parmesan pork loin in the crockpot, rice, veggies
Monday - Chili with tomato basil bread (warm bellies pre-Trick or Treat!)
Tuesday - Breakfast for dinner! Sausage, egg and cheese burritos
Wednesday - Citrus Chicken Stir Fry, Shaun's favorite
Thursday - Beef Enchiladas
Friday - Pasta of some sort--what kind completely depends on what kinds of leftovers we have, in case there is leftover meat from a previous meal
For treats, I have some Pillsbury stuff to try out for a blog review, so planning something from that!
