I'm highly impressed with us this week. We actually stuck to the entire meal plan without going out. We did move Friday's pasta to Saturday since the leftovers were so overwhelming by Friday that we needed to get some of them eaten, but it was still the whole plan. Trying it again this week too!!!
This week, we are having:
Sunday - Chicken fried rice
Monday - Faith's favorite pork chops with cream sauce, rice, maple carrots
Tuesday - Sausage pie (kind of a quiche) with onion soup
Wednesday - Porcupine meatballs with cheesy zucchini squares
Thursday - Pork and pineapple stir fry (new recipe from a magazine)
Friday - Veteran's Day, so we are taking advantage of one of the fun meal offers nearby
Saturday - Stuffed baked potatoes, toppings to be determined
For treats, I have brownies right now and some zucchini that I'm going to turn into bread later this week.
