So we decided that we really really really need to get back on the meal planning bandwagon. It would be much cooler if there really was a wagon of sorts, but there's no wagon and we still need to eat. We've long since realized that if we plan meals, take food out of the freezer, and have it in the fridge, we *will* eat it. And January is the perfect time to make this a sort of, kind of resolution.
So, what are we having this week?
Sunday - Jambalaya
Monday - Crockpot Sesame Chicken, Rice, some veggie

Tuesday - Meatball Casserole w/Peas & Stuffing
Wednesday - Crockpot Ravioli with Sausage
Thursday - Stir Fry (beef & veggies)
Friday - Chicken Alfredo
Saturday - Taco Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Plus I have frozen pizza, sausages and buns, and a pan of homemade frozen enchiladas for back up in case one of the days or nights gets too busy for the planned meal.
