The good news is we've still been eating at home and planning out a few meals at a time. The not so good news is we aren't doing enough planning and we're resorting to lots of quick/emergency meals. They're still at home, but I really prefer saving things like tacos or the like for emergencies, not just "we have no plan."
So, trying again, we'll see how it works!
Sunday - Ski day, pizza on the way home
Monday - Shaun's quick stir fry with ground beef
Tuesday - Crockpot chicken from the freezer meals I made
Wednesday - Pork loin in the crockpot with rice & veggies
Thursday - AR night at the kids' school with dinner
Friday - Pasta with cream sauce, and either chicken or sausage
Saturday - We'll be skiing, yay!
