Our family? We love to ski in the winter! We try to head out most weekends if possible. When the weather is warmer, we do a weekly 5K club that runs or walks downtown, plus random hiking with the kids and the dog. As a military guy, the husband gets plenty of daily exercise, while I opt for a 30 minute kick-boxing gym nearby. We also *try* to eat healthier, which includes less eating out and more eating at home, since eating out is kind of our vice. We're far from perfect, but I've noticed meal planning helps with the eating at home plan!
