We had an amazing time on our California Adventure!
Even better, as part of our blog projects, we had the opportunity to check out some fun activities right in LA that don't exist here in Colorado. One of our favorites? The Marvel 4D Super Heroes Experience at Madame Tussaud's in Hollywood!
We had never visited the wax museum before, so we made sure to walk all the way through and take pictures with all the amazing statues on the way. The kids loved playing "Name that Person" and "Name that Movie". The husband and I kind of enjoyed that too--Ben in the bathtub scene with Psycho was hysterical and Faith had to pose in the display from Grease!
But the piece de resistance? The Marvel 4D experience!
The awesome Spiderman display was merely a prelude for things to come. We all stopped to take pictures with it, and with a bit of handy apps, I was able to have Ben squarely on the ceiling being SpiderBen along with Spiderman.
We turned the corner and found Stark Enterprises, along with Stark himself, Ironman, Captain America, Wolverine and Thor. After taking a few pictures, we headed into a very special Stark Enterprises press conference, complete with our 3D glasses.
The press conference was amazing, complete with guest appearances by several superheroes and plenty of action. We won't ruin the surprise for our readers, but you really need see it for yourself! It was so much fun and all four of us loved it.
It was a great afternoon and the museum is set up to be able to really walk through and enjoy it at your own pace. We didn't realize how much fun it would actually be for all four of us!
Madame Tussauds Hollywood recently opened their brand new, multi-million dollar Marvel Super Heroes 4D theater expansion as they bring their most legendary super heroes to life.
The technologically advanced renovation will include innovative 4D experiences with multisensory entertainment including water, smoke and trembles in your seat- allowing visitors to come face to face with the action.
