Magformers {Review}

We're so excited to be checking out the new 26-piece Neon Magformers this week!

I was a little apprehensive at first, with the sets stating for ages 3 and up.  But once our Magformers arrived?  I had a 10 year old who dove right in!

The latest Magformer set comes with 26 neon magnetic pieces, triangles and squares, that join together to create buildings, balls, abstract art, and more.   The pieces snap together quickly, due to the strong magnets, and pull apart easily to rebuild.  Also included is a book of ideas, which was just the starting point my boy needed to get started.

His favorite part?  Laying out a full flat design and slowly pulling it higher to have the magnets snap together to form the 3D creation.  We've had many "shows" where he announces what will magically appear as the Magformers slowly rise and form their new shape.
