We had a homeschool field trip to the Fort Worth Zoo.
It was the perfect day to go, kind of cool & overcast, which meant the animals were actually out! I have never seen that many animals actually moving around at the zoo, they usually just lay there. The gorillas at the beginning were actually playing outside, the zebras were walking around, the lions were rolling around wrestling with each other, we even saw the tigers for once!

Ben feeding the parakeets (which would only have been better if it was Faith "attempting" to feed the parakeets, which was really her running around, waving her birdseed coated stick, screeching and ducking):
And Miss Faith, with the gorgeous white tiger:
