We've been experimenting with sushi at home! I'm pretty impressed with myself. It looks like and tastes like sushi!

California style roll--crab, avocado, spicy mayo:

Experimental sushi--crab, shrimp, cucumber, avocado and daigo (Chamorro pickled radish thingie that Shaun makes):

The latest--tuna roll with avocado and cucumber, and tuna nigiri (rice pats with tuna on top with a nori ribbon):

I'm pretty impressed with myself, wonder what we should attempt next?
