The other day, I got an email talking about the special anniversary release of Home Alone just in time to lead into the Christmas season. I remember seeing the movie in the theaters and the kids have seen it on tv, so we loved the idea of having the collection of movies.
And then I read the details. It's the 25th Anniversary Collection of when the first movie was released, so I'm feeling just a teeny bit old. But it's such a great family holiday series that I'm putting aside my feelings of being ancient to enjoy it once again!
Get ready to ring in the holiday season as Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment celebrates the 25th anniversary of the biggest live-action comedy of all time with HOME ALONE: ULTIMATE COLLECTOR’S EDITION arriving on Blu-ray and DVD October 6.This must have gift set features all five films packaged together for the first time in a collectible paint can full of limited edition movie memorabilia that will keep the whole family laughing including a McCallister Christmas ornament, Kevin’s battle plan for the Wet Bandits, his tarantula and a wanted poster of the thieves – Harry (Joe Pesci) and Marv (Daniel Stern) – and more.Wouldn't your kids love the gift set? Mine were so excited to receive it and we're planning on a fun family holiday movie night or five with our new collection. Fox also sent us over some great kids activity sheets to go along with the movies. Just click on any of the graphics below to pop up a bigger file you can print! The Silly Story puzzles are always a favorite here.
Additionally, a gift set featuring HOME ALONE and HOME ALONE 2: LOST IN NEW YORK will be available exclusively at Target and features both films on Blu-ray along with a warm and wearable reproduction of Kevin’s famous winter knit hat from the films.
